Kidney Kindness Love Box

At Kidney Kindness Love Box, our mission is to provide comfort, encouragement, and support to individuals navigating kidney disease and dialysis. Because our boxes contain carefully curated wellness and personal items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Love Box arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

Please email us at kidneykindesslovebox@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement item
• A replacement box
• A refund when appropriate

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Subscription Orders

Subscription plans renew automatically according to the selected plan. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through their account or by contacting us prior to the next billing date.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products include wellness and personal items, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Gift boxes once delivered
• Items purchased as part of promotional bundles
