Kidney Kindness Love Box

If you purchase a subscription plan for Kidney Kindness Love Box, your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected plan (for example, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans) unless it is canceled prior to the next billing date.

How to Cancel a Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by:

• Logging into their customer account and managing their subscription settings, or
• Contacting us directly by email at kidneykindesslovebox@gmail.com

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that shipment.
